The Donut Lab

A delicious selection of fresh handmade donuts qith quirky and unique flavours that you won't find anywhere else.
At The Donut Lab, everything is made from scratch in their lab - from the donuts and fillings to the toppings. They have spent the past few years perfecting their recipies to be lighter, creamier, fluffier and more jammy than ever before. The donuts at The Donut Lab get a long fermentation which roughly takes 30-plus hours for the whole process to be completed. This helps develop the flavour, aid digestion and allow the lemon zest to infuse into the dough. Whilst they are proofing, that’s when the custards, jams or curds are made. Timing is everything when working with enriched dough so it’s all about knowing what you’re looking for.
You will be able to find, browse and purchase these flavourful donuts at The Lumen reception on Thursday 18th July from 11 AM to 3 PM. Make sure to add this to your diary so you don't miss out! The Donut Lab's last pop-up at The Lumen sold out within 2 hours!
